How do I become a member?
Signing up is easy. Choose any one of the three ways.
Can I add another account to my membership?
You can add as many memberships as you would like and associate them with a single phone number and credit card. Each additional membership qualifies for our “Family Plan” pricing for an additional 20% off the cost of the membership.
How do I make updates to my membership or billing information?
You can manage your account in person at any Sagelane Carwash location, through the Sagelanel app that is available for iOS or Android or by clicking the Manage Membership link.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Your membership will be billed on the same day of the following month until you cancel. For example, if you enrolled on the 5th day of April, your next billing cycle will be completed on the 5th of May. Cancellations must be completed within 48 hours of the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, Canceling your membership is easy. You can do it on the web or through the Sagelane Carwash app.
